Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Car Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles, excellent communication skills, and a strong track record in sales. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchase process, from initial contact to closing the sale, ensuring a positive and satisfying experience for every customer. Additionally, you will utilize social media platforms to engage potential buyers, promote inventory, and enhance customer outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and engage customers, providing expert guidance on vehicle options and financing solutions.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles that align with their preferences and budget.
Conduct test drives and highlight key vehicle features, benefits, and safety technologies.
Negotiate pricing and payment terms to successfully close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals set by the dealership.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to better assist customers.
Handle necessary paperwork and ensure a smooth transaction process.
Utilize and create engaging social media content (posts, videos, promotions) to attract potential buyers and drive traffic to the dealership.
Respond to online inquiries, engage with followers, and promote the dealership’s brand across digital platforms.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Highly motivated, goal-driven, and customer-oriented mindset.
Experience with social media marketing and content creation is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
